Care For Your Liver

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main causes. (err.. i want sleep more)

2. Not urinating in the morning. (lazy la.. later than shee shee)

3. Eating too much. (yum yum! free one 'don't eat white don't eat' [bu chi bai bu chi)

4. Skipping breakfast. (wah 11am liao.. breakfast throw away la)

5. Consuming too much medication. (eh.. i think I've got flu.. nono, cough.. fever.. muscle-ache... sars)

6. Consuming too much preservatives, addictives, food colouring and artificial sweetner. (wah this sweet so colourful ar.. like rainbow)

7. Consuming too much fried food. Unhealthy cooking oils, which include olive oil and vegetable oil, are not healthy to our bodies. Do not consume fried food when you are tired. (today eat kfc la.. fast food mah.. v fast one, since we rushing for work)

8. Consuming raw or overly-done food is also a burden to your liver (Like sushi? Sushit la). Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies must be finished and not stored.

The time your liver is working:
9-11p.m - Elimination of unnecessary toxic chemicals(Detoxification) of the anti-body system (lymh noodes). At this time, you should be relaxing (try listening to music). If during this time a housewife is stiil in an unrelaxed mood such as washing dishes or monitoring her children doing their homework, it will produce a negative impact on her health.

11p.m-1a.m - Detoxification of the liver. You should be in a deep-sleep state.

1-3a.m - Detoxification of the gall. (You should still be sleeping like a pig ^(-(oo)-)^ zZz)

3-5a.m - Detoxification of the lungs. Since detoxification process interferes with your respiratory system, you may be coughing severely during this process. There is no need for cough medicine as it interferes the process.

5-7a.m - Detoxification of the colon. (You should wake up and pee!)

7 -9a.m - Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine. You should be having your breakfast at this time. For those who have a weaker health or sick, should have their breakfast before 7 a.m. Breakfast before 7.30 a.m. is beneficial for those who want to stay fit.
